"B-25 Raid - Executive Sweet"

Executive Sweet is a World War II era, North American B-25J Mitchell, medium bomber, that belongs to the American Aeronautical Foundation (AAF), based in Camarillo, California. Thanks to the care of AAF volunteers and the support of many, ES is still flying today, appearing at airshows around the South Western United States. I created this work as a promotional piece, giving a glimpse of the WW2 lineage of the Mitchell. I also had the privilege of creating and painting the nose art on the actual airplane. The Executive Sweet lettering on this image is an actual image of my original work on the front side of the airplane.
